Return Policy: We understand that sometimes you change your mind about a purchase, and that’s no problem. Purchases made from Wool Hat, Fort Collins can be returned within SEVEN (7) days of the date of purchase. The products must be returned in their “as seen in store,” unused condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for purchases made from other retailers. Please contact your original retailer directly for information about their return policy. All Custom Orders Sales are FINAL and Deposit are NON-RETURNABLE.
All purchases, including custom orders, must be picked-up within seven (7) days of purchase or promised completion date.  Extra charges will be applied at the end-of day seven. Wool Hat does not offer delivery.  Retail staff, aka Danelle, is available to help load your item but please know, she has lost her status as She-Ra.  Wool Hat does think Billy Goat Moving is wonderful.  Please give them a ring to see if they can help, (970) 221-0701.
